I read your link and the answer to the above question is easy.
Since this world was nothing but a dark void, how could a dark void produce anything, there was nothing there.

God came first and created this Universe in six days and rested on the seventh, which is a Holy day of the Lord.

When the population grew, prophets were given visions and direct verbal from God. This is how the Bible was created. It is the infallible word of God. Then God sent His Son Jesus to take on the sins of the world and He did and was Cruified but came to live as witnessed by over 500 people. Jesus had 12 Disciples and He told them to preach and teach the word, so that alll may be saved and have eternal life.

After the last Battle between good and evil, "The Battle of Armaggedon", a new Heaven and a new Earth will come down from heaven and we all will live in Israel. We will not remember the things of the past.

No more wars, no abused children, no sexual predators, sexual pervision, envy & strife, no more corrucption, nothing vile will enter througfh Heaven's gates. There will be no more darkness, no more cancer wards, sickness of any kind. The Lion will lay down with the Ox and children will play in the streets full of laughter and no serpent, Lion or Ox will bring harm to anyone.

No one made the Bible all Scriptires are directed by God and/ or His Son Jesus.

Read Revelation Chapter 21, this details the New Jersulam and Chapter 22 is detailed about the River of life we that have been forgiven of our sins and how we may spend it there.

To be honest I can't wait. God's word says we will know our love ones, how wonderful will that be!

Jhn 1:1 ¶ In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.

Jhn 1:2 The same was in the beginning with God.

Jhn 1:3 All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made.

Jhn 1:4 In him was life; and the life was the light of men.

Jhn 1:5 And the light shineth in darkness; and the darkness comprehended it not.

Jhn 1:14 ¶ And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth.

The Bible is not God !
The Bible is not The Word of God!
The Bible contained and records The Word of God!
The Word - is not the Bible. The Word is Jesus made flesh!
The Word was in the Beginning and The Word was with God!

Many Christians deify the Bible as God is modern Day's heresy !

God came first. If the bible came first, then I'd have no belief in God, because then it's just like a story book and God would seem like a myth.

Which came first, the bible or god?

Truth of the matter was, lightening came first, then god, then the bible. You see, primitive man didn't know what to make of summer thunder and such dreadful things as lightening. We didn't cause it, said the alpha male, so there must be...there must be a demon up in the sky which threw down lightening bolts at us! Yes, said the alpha male's younger brother. I tell you what, he said, you make me the Sub-Chief in charge of Demons' lightening bolts and call me...call me a 'priest.' I'll pray to the Demon, burn a virgin girl every few days as a sacrifice, put 10 percent of our bread out for him to eat. And so god and religion were born. Not for quite a while did a bible emerge. And miracle of miracles, while it used different words, what it had to say mirrored the lightening story pretty doggoned well. Now you know. Amen.

God came first, and the world was spoken into existence. The WRITTEN Word, the Bible, came later. God's commandments originally were passed down from father to son...ORALLY. Eventually, Moses had to write them down. And now we have them today.

OK Cordell, I got your drift in your choice of words using 'made up god'. If you don't believe in a god then don't worry about the details. By the way which came first the chicken or the egg?
