If your very own brother, or your son or daughter, or the wife you love, or your closest friend secretly entices you, saying, "Let us go and worship other gods" (gods that neither you nor your fathers have known, 7 gods of the peoples around you, whether near or far, from one end of the land to the other), 8 do not yield to him or listen to him. Show him no pity. Do not spare him or shield him. 9 You must certainly put him to death. Your hand must be the first in putting him to death, and then the hands of all the people. 10 Stone him to death, because he tried to turn you away from the LORD your God, who brought you out of Egypt, out of the land of slavery. 11 Then all Israel will hear and be afraid, and no one among you will do such an evil thing again.
does this mean that my mother should be stoning my butt for being a pagan?

No. This is the part of the bible where Judeo-Christians pick and choose which biblical verse is "relevent" and which isn't.
I'm not sure who chooses which "word of God" applies and which doesn't. As best I can tell, I think you get to pick your own verses that will entitle youto heaven, and ignore those you don't want to follow by saying that they were clearly meant for those stupid isrealites 2,000 years ago (even though it doesn't say that anywhere). Especially the violent ones which were clearly declared as righteous acts by God but has since been declared sinful by man.
And Jesus didn't change a thing (the "new covanent" excuse). He specifically instructed us to obey the Old Testament.

Yes, that's exactly what it directs your mother to do.
The passage means the same as Exodus 20:2~5
But fortunately for you, God is gracious and forgiving when repentance is shown..
Exodus 2:2 I am the LORD thy God, which have brought thee out of the land of Egypt, out of the house of bondage.
3 Thou shalt have no other gods before me.
4 Thou shalt not make unto thee any graven image, or any likeness of any thing that is in heaven above, or that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth:
5 Thou shalt not bow down thyself to them, nor serve them: for I the LORD thy God am a jealous God, visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children unto the third and fourth generation of them that hate me;

If she is following Torah, she should be 'disowning' you, not stoning you.
Mic 7:6 For the son dishonoureth the father, the daughter riseth up against her mother, the daughter in law against her mother in law; a man's enemies are the men of his own house.
God already knew you would do this. You still have room to repent. Will you?

Context! This was a commandent made specifically to the ancient Israelites, who were beset on all sides by other cultures and religions, and were still under the Law, as laid out by the Old Testament. Christians are now under the new covenant, and thus practice love and forgiveness made possible by Jesus' redeeming sacrifice.

It was issued to Israel because they were forgetting what and where God had brought them from. This was issued to kill idolatrous relatives and neighbors. For trying to pull the Israelites faith and worship away from God. This was then times not now, but I think it should be for now times.

Only if 1) she is Jewish and subject to Mosaic Law 2) You live in a place where Mosaic Law is also civil law 3) you are trying to entice her to worship false gods

No she shouldn't. The bible says love your neighbor, that includes those around you, and your children.
