well i do need to lose weight. i have more fat than i need. its fast walking. i also do sit ups and push ups.

That much exercise is more than enough, but I would suggest only doing it three days a week. Exercise is important, but diet is even more so. I recommend eating things low in fat and sugar, and high in complex carbohydrates and protein. Also, instead of trying to figure out how much weight you want to lose, find some way of accurately measuring your body fat percentage, such as calipers, and go from there. A healthy percentage would be about 12% or lower, but no lower than 6%, which could be dangerous. With the right diet and your exercise, I honestly think you could achieve 160 lbs with a body fat percentage of 8%. Hope this was helpful!

4 mph is just walking.
If you do a light jod at like 6 mph you get the energy spend going up aswell as out. And you can double not only caliroies and fat burned but muscle built. Without having to double speed

u wanna burn more calories than u take in, to lose the weight. go to google type in calorie calculator. it will tell u based off of ur age, height and weight how many calories a day u should consume.

I think it is alot of exercise. You don't need to work so hard to loose it. Try breathing excercises . Those are the best to help you loose weight. drink plenty of water and don't eat after 07:00p.m. Eat 3 full meals and a snack. Mustard will help you burn fat and strawberries are good for your body
