iam 108 pounds, 13, female, 5/3, alot of fat in the stomach, want to losse some wheight maby 100 and how many calories to eat thanck u sooo much

Do SPRINTS!! it's the fastest way. If you can spare 3 minutes a day you will burn calories even while you're sleeping.

You should get about 1,200 calories a day. Try eating 5 small meals with one protein and a carb like a vegetable. Low carb diets are dangerous so don't nix them altogether. Just balance is good and cut out the soda. One of my friends lost 10 pounds just by cutting sweets and soda, and she didn't even go on a "diet". Soda makes you retain water and your stomach will look puffier than it really is.

well, i would say you should weigh around 103, 104. im a half inch taller than you and weigh 105, 104. so yeah. an im fourteen. try to eat 1500-1700 calories and you will be healthy. avoid ice cream, bread, and candy. those are my weaknesses. i hated my body but i am trying to love it.........do the same=]

ummm a little confused on your question. but if you want to loose some weight witch you shouldnt because you are under weight to begin with. why dont you just tone up and get more muscles. that will get rid of the fat. and i would say eat about 1300-1400 :) hope i helped

your underweight for 5 foot 3 inches you should weigh between 125-135, you dont need to lose weight. specially 100lbs.
