Yes--depression and panic disorder are two. Hormonal imbalance is another. See a doctor.

Chuck is right. It is one of the symptoms of depression. Depression is getting easier and easier to treat with a combination of some drugs (depending mostly on your age) and a form of psychological treatment called cognitive therapy. The therapy is not like in the movies. Most people only need to see a consular for a few months or less.

It could be related to ADD/Inattentive Type, or it could just be Chronic Procrastination. Look into the ADD though, because I am a MAJOR procrastinator and am treated for it. Also it could be related to depression, too. good luck
