No, you can't.
And you can't sell it to someone of legal age (other than a parent) who will turn the gun over to a minor. Such a sale is called a "Straw Man Sale" and is just as illegal as selling to a minor.

Check with a local gun dealer, also call your local police department or State department for firearms. In my State the legal age for hand guns is 21, 18 for rifle and shot guns.
