The vision in my left eye is 20-10, and the right eye is 20-50.

When I was little, I wore an eyepatch ... and then had an eye operation ... and then I stopped wearing glasses ... but then my vision in the right eye started crapping out ...

So I have one "bionic eye" and one sorta-blind eye.

Whenever I'm in a room w/low light, my right eye turns in.

It's really annoying. o __o

My eye doctor said there's nothing he can do, and if my good eye happens to get poked out or something, I'm screwed.

It makes reading difficult, too.

wtf can I do?

20/10 (6/3)? Impressive!
And you don't look entirely uncute with (or without) that small turn
That's often the case.

But, as far as doing things...
Surgery is almost certainly a bad idea: it's too small an angle, and you'd be risking double vision.

Almost all respectable authorities will state that it's too late to do exercises to develop the vision in the left eye. In fact the top age of that has tended to drop in more recent text-books from 12 to about 7.
A few web-sources claim to be able to deliver treatment at any age to almost anyone... Hmm.

Now, things that can be done:

Get yourself checked with glasses under cycloplegic refraction (eye drops to relax the eyes). If there a *Plus* prescription in the *right eye* (not incompatible with superb acuity) you will get tired reading, and the left eye will tend to turn in.

If the above doesn't help, and you have no useful binocular vision, cosmetic spectacles can be made which reduce or eliminate the appearance of the turn.
( "Base-in" prisms, instead of the "Base -out" ones which might be required if trying to get the eyes to work together.)

And poke your doctor in the eye.
If you lost your right eye in an accident, there is every chance your left eye would improve, though to an unpredictable extent. You might get up to the driving standard in it, though it's not something I'd promise.

Maybe you can try patching again or glasses. Seems like your problem is mainly caused by not having equal vision in both eyes. Glasses can probably help you.

I have a lazy eye. I wear glasses. You will have to get glasses, eye drops or continue with the patch. I wear glasses
