U r gaining muscle mass.
Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing other than water in between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%.
Chew each morsel at least 32 times. Do not touch articles of food or the cutlery in between. This will activate ur body to generate strong signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.
Take light exercises and brisk walks (minimum 20 min duration) regularly preferably twice a day.
U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time. Do not be in a hurry. It is however to be noted that one cannot change the shape or size of different parts of the body.

Muscle is smaller in size compared to an equal weight of fat.
You have found out that weight is less important than how you look and feel. You are slimmer because you have more muscle. You gained as much muscle weight as you lost fat weight.
I would think you are already doing everything right. Fat loss is more important than weight loss. By adding muscle, you can actually eat more than before, and not worry about gaining weight. You have increased your metabolism.
Congratulations !

Try this: Dont look at the scale. It's psychological when you look at the scale and aren't satisfied people usually revert back to their old habits without realizing it. Just stay away from the scale for 2 or 3 weeks and only worry about how you feel in your clothes and look in the mirror. Continue with your workout and diet plan and i guarantee when you get back on the scale you'll be happy.

If the clothes show it then you are losing weight your just getting muscle instead of having fat . And it's true muscle does weight more. I suggest not to l00k at the scale as long you feel good and you can tell by the change of size of clothes you have nothing to worry about it=]

it sounds like you are doing great. right now you are building lean body mass and burning all that adipose tissue (fat). keep it up. the more muscle you have the more fat you'll burn. eventually the weight will start to drop.
