In early 20s the anti-aging products are not recommended but SPF products whether it is a make-up or powder or sunscreen are highly recommended.

Usually the use of anti-aging products starts after 25. U can start with a light eye cream with Vitamin E (I used the one Body Shop sells and it was quite good when I was 25) and have a night cream and day cream according to your skin type.

I am 30 years old and I use a cleansing product for oily skins for my morning facial wash and a Biotherm day cream with SPF 15.
At night I use Vitamin E oil as a serum, a night cream with Collagen and an eye cream from Estee Lauder.

Because of my oily skin I also exfoliate my face twice a week and right after I use a facial mask.

Whatever your age is remember to buy products that are compatible to your skin type and have a high SPF for your morning use.

The best time for females to start their anti-aging regime is when they are 25.

Personally I use Alpha Hydrox products. Cleanser, Spot removal, and oil-free formula. It helps to keep my face clean and clear. But it is not recommended for every one. I have very resistant skin. So I can use it. But I do not recommend it for sensitive skin.

Also, sunscreen is a MUST. because your face will wrinkle faster and spots will appear if you don't use it. SPF in make up is fine. but it depends on how high the SPF is, and also if it is broad spectrum. You have to target both UVA and UVB. UVA is more harmful, and Broad spectrum targets UVA just right. You would need to get a total of SPF30 or more (personal opinion. Prevention is better than cure right?).

I always believe that products are not always best when they are expensive. I also recommend L'oreal and Olay for Anti-aging. They are inexpensive, yet give great results.

Think its not called wrinkles but perhaps fine lines. Signs of dryness. Young girls can use miho ce cream as its very moisturizing.

Well, the 20's are a time for prevention...so while I think that you won't need to be using the anti-aging products intended for middle-aged women, you should probably just limit sun exposure (a.k.a. use sunscreen), moisturize, eat a balanced diet, and keep your stress levels to a minimum.

I stay out of the sun, use sunscreens, get biweekly facials, and use anti agining night cremes.
