Use New Skin liquid bandage on your blisters. Try some mole skin to protect the blisters from the shoes, and that will also help keep the blood off of the shoes. If the shoes fit correctly they do not need breaking in and should not be hurting your feet. Thin socks, not 2 pairs of socks are the best thing to help keep you from getting blisters.

I get blisters on the arch of my foot which I guess is a little easier to care for. I put neosporin on the blister and then put a piece of gause on top. I take medical tape that I had in a first aid kit and wrap it around my foot. It keeps the gause in place and gives it some extra padding. Also I wear thick socks or 2 pairs to give it more padding. Hope that helps you too!!!

Try getting a cloth bandage you can wrap your foot in until the shoes break in properly. And maybe talk to someone to see if thats the right fit. I've never had problems with blisters on my feet if the fit was right, but that might just be me.

That bandage spray that seal cuts would help protect your blisters. As for cushioning to prevent more blisters, try doubling socks. If that soesn't work you may need to invest in a different pair of shoes. If you plan to run long distance, your shoes have to protect your feet, not damage them further.

Bloods type is 0+ BQ- Have donated blood 5 situations BQ2- I particularly have in no way felt queasy on the sight of blood, noire queasy after donating blood. Donating blood could be a present day of existence to somebody else.

if you're just looking to prevent the blisters, you need better socks. i had an awful problem with blisters last year until someone introduced me to slightly higher-cut thor-lo socks. they made all the difference.

Sounds to me as if your shoes don't fit.
