so, i think im really fat and i want to go on a date with this guy sean on saturday, and i dont kno how to lose weihgt fast enuf. Ive already not eaten today, eccept for this morning i had some of those trix, bu thten i went for a run and ended up upchucking for a while so thats ok, and all ive had otherwise was water, and i plan on running tomorrow, too. but is there like anything else i can do that'll make me lose the weight faster? like i run alot but usually i eat a whole lot all the time. and i only want to lose the weight like on my thieghs and tummy and arms, but like i like my boobs and *** a lot so i want to keep those. can anyone hlep me???

you need to eat. what your doing is stupid and dangerous. eat 6 small meals a day

eat lots of fruits and veggies cut out caffeine sugar and greasy fatty food.

also running in the hot sun with milk in your tummy will make you sick

Most people would tell you diet and exercise more. Well I've got a way you can lose 40 pounds in 2 months. Want to know why! 1. Set Up Realistic Weight Loss Goals. Don't set a weird goal like 10 pound a day no. 2. Drink Plenty of Water. Drink about 6-8 glass of water per day. 3. Chew More Slowly when You Eat. If you eat 5 smaller a day you will accomplish your goal, but pleas don't eat three enormous meal. That would actual get you fatter. 4. Exercise at least 30 minuets per day. Pleas stay away from pills they could kill you, some pills could help but there is a few that do help. If you follow this correctly you will achieve your weight goal.

Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing other than water in between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%.

Chew each morsel at least 32 times. Do not touch articles of food or the cutlery in between. This will activate ur body to generate strong signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.

Take light exercises and brisk walks (minimum 20 min duration) regularly preferably twice a day.

U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time. Do not be in a hurry. It is however to be noted that one cannot change the shape or size of different parts of the body.

Try this: don't starve yourself!!!!!!
Running's good but you dont want to go to the point where throwing up.
Cut out sugar ( that means no trix) Eat lots of acidic fruits like apples, oranges, grapefruits. Eat green veggies like broccoli to get fiber, spinach is good, salads with light dressing like vinegar and oil, (no ranch or blue cheese)
