It should help but the key is exercise. You have to keep moving and keep your heart rate up. Some medications will prevent you from loosing weight too. Look them up on the internet or ask your doctor about them but do not just stop taking medicines to loose weight. You might just have to exercise a little more if you are on one of these medications.

it's possible to lose your excess weight and will help you get your natural weight but be patient, just wait. The effect of what you're doing now will not be easily seen. It will take aq few weeks or months.

I don't know what you mean by eating intuitively. If yu mean eat what you want when you want it, that isin't always the best answer. Stick to healthy foods, lots of veggies and fruit, loads of water, fish and chicken, whole wheat bread and pasta as well as healhty snacks. Whatever you do, don't buy food that you will be tempted to eat like ice cream, cake, chips and the likes.

I'm trying to lose weight too and it's sooo hard. My aunt is using a weight loss product and it's really working for her. I'm gonna try it and I recommend you try it too. Check their website at
http://www.myldirect.info , my aunt got a free trial and paid only 5.49$ shipping and handling.

Are you having any specific cravings?
That might be an indicator of where you need to supplement your nutrition to help stop that.
