Well it seems that your diet is on the right track; my first suggestion is a visit to an esthetician/skin care specialist liscensed by your state; what he/she can do is amazing and you will probably see results occuring in 2wks.
If you are not able to do this, I would advise the following.
Acne's causes are a variety of things, mostly trapped bacteria in the common teen skin; begin by cleansing your face 2-3 times per day, cleansings should be done in groups of 3; i.e. apply cleanser take time and massage; rinse and remove repeat, this time using a heated face towel to remove;repeat cleansing and rinse 2nd step if your cleanser has exfoliant properties you can move on to toner, if not use a facial exfoliatant i.e. a scrub this can be subed for one of the above cleanisings; follow with the brands toner or withch hazel;
next try a mask in the brand line or for acneic skin I sugges Queen Helen Mint Julep Mask;it has many ingrediants that are wonderful for acne; use your mask once a week.
last step is moisturizer apply while toner is still damp on skin, try to find a moisturizer within the brand and acne type as well.
Honestly, your biggest job with acne is to release the pustuels, but without a professional I would not advise this it will cause scaring, so the next best step would be exfoliating, removing as much of the top layer each day as possible this will allow for some healing and new skin to develope;
cleansing with an over the counter product for acne; I recommend neutrogena brand;acne specific; or the proactive substitutes; the main active ingrediants in these help to absorbe bacteria and the 2/3x's per day washing helps to stimulate and circulate the two things that the skin will benefit from.
I am a liscensed esthetician in the state of florida and I hope that you are able to find a great esthetician if not try these things they may assist you it is very generic what I just gave you and since I am not able to see I tried to come up with what might work over the counter.
good luck and keep drinking the water and staying away from greasy foods!

The foods you eat really don't make you break out (regardless of what you hear) but water is good for you skin. It gives it a natural glow. But face wash wise I would recommend proactive. It will only dry out your skin if you use it more than once a day. I use it myself and it's the best face wash I've ever used. You see results real quick.

Have you tried Pro Active?
It's kinda expensive but my brother uses it and it works for him.
But if ya dont wanna do that use a face scrub a couple times a week then acne medicine and then oil control lotion that obviously helps with ur face's natural oils while lightly moisturising it.

My sister used to use proactive and the product dried up her face. I would suggest trying Oil of Olay products or seeing a dermatologist if possible.
