First of all, you have to reserve 10 tables just for yourself at Home Town Buffet! Then, you go and get all the biggest, fattest, freakin' dog gone heaping mounds of yummy food you can find on several plates that you can possibly handle on each table and then chow down like hungry bear until you pass out! =<)

My husband ate a slice of Olive Garden carryout cheesecake last night. He said the package said it had 900 calories. 520 of them from fat! He said it had a weeks worth of saturated fat. I think that is the highest I have ever heard of....

...The "Bloom'n Onion" at Outback Steak House... it's got more dripping fat, calories, heart clogging "goop" then anything... ummmmm "delicious" !!! A double cheese whopper is "right up there"...top it off with Fry's and a shake, Oooo "gooooooo"

Tiramisu cream. I make it myself at work, and I know exactly what goes into that horrible/wonderful stuff... it's basically cream cheese, heavy whipping cream, egg yolks and sugar. Yummy!

ew, fatty foods.
Avoid basicly everything processed or containging partially hydrogonated oils, which is in a lot of products, read your labels carefully. And to point out the obvious, avoid fast food at all costs. Hope that helps (:

I don't eat very fatty foods. I drink water and eat veggies/fruits and chicken. I eat 100 calorie candy bars, they have very little fat though.

I know, I need to eat more.

haha... I think Reese's Blasts from Sonic are the worst thing ever! So much fat, sugar, and calories!
