I love Yankee Stadium, but the neighborhood is not going to win any awards for its eateries. For that matter, the neighborhood isn't going to win any awards for anything, unless it's something awarded to an area that's generally not the safest place to be, nor somewhere you want to spend any free time.
Seriously, the surrounding area is a strange place. It's generally a safe area during business hours on weekdays, because the stadium is also near the courthouses and the numerous attorney's offices nearby. It's also a place you can feel safe when with the crowds associated with the ball game. But it's not a place to go hang out, and I really don't expect any of the eateries to be *at all* what you're looking for. Granted, I haven't been there lately but...if you want a hot dog, a lousy corn muffin, various meat products....fine. But I would be shocked if anything around there is at all Celiac friendly. Your best bet is to eat before you head to the Stadium or after you leave the Stadium -- the food *in* the Stadium is probably your best bet for the area!
Enjoy the game!!
ETA Granted, as I said, I haven't spent time there for a while. But for years I spent time in that neighborhood, and even for someone with no special dietary concerns whatsoever the food options were so paltry as to be frightening.

The stadium area isn't good for restaurants. Pub food. And I wouldn't want to hang out in the area after a game, it's not the best part of town. Have dinner elsewhere.

ninety 9% of the time, i could be pleased with a lager and a warm dogs. yet a posh dinner in the past the sport whilst celebrating a definite social gathering is cool too. i've got had the prospect to get exhilaration from a activity in a set some circumstances and its very cool to be dealt with so properly and notice yet another view of the sector. Its genuine that those at the instant are not the main suitable places to easily watch the sport, even with the incontrovertible fact that. the flamboyant eating places and the high priced company suites herald fairly some money to help your team pay salaries and save your expenses down. i'm excited by that.

Yankee Stadium is sort of in the middle of nowhere, not really in a populated area, especially an area where you are going to find special foods that you need. I suggest that you bring food that you can eat along with you. You will be in the middle of the Bronx, and not the best part.
