Yes we should hate false doctrine as Jesus warned at Matt. 15:9, "It is in vain that they keep worshiping me, because they teach commands of men as doctrines."

It is especially true today in these last days of this old system of things. At Matt. 24:12-14 it shows the love of the greater number would cool off because of false teachers and preachers but the work still would be done all over the earth.

By the way, is that "Sunset Carson"?

False doctrine makes me angry! I cannot help it as the anger rises when I hear God's Word being twisted for some "agenda." I do speak out about this and against this when I am confronted with such. Preachers can get a little testy about this but, when the Spirit of God moves me to speak out, I do!

Why should we hate it? It is not the "living Word of God"! It is evil incarnate to me! It is blasphemous! It goes against everything, we as Christians, hold dear....THE LIVING WORD OF GOD...GOD BREATHED! Our guidebook and to have someone misuse this....that's a serious thing and one I detest!

nothing wrong with hating wickedness, justice would not be served if one did not:

Psalms 139:19-24 nas:

17 How precious also are Your thoughts to me, O God! How vast is the sum of them!

18 If I should count them, they would outnumber the sand. When I awake, I am still with You.

19 O that You would slay the wicked, O God; Depart from me, therefore, men of bloodshed.

20 For they speak against You wickedly, And Your enemies take {Your name} in vain.

21 Do I not hate those who hate You, O LORD? And do I not loathe those who rise up against You?

22 I hate them with the utmost hatred; They have become my enemies.

23 Search me, O God, and know my heart; Try me and know my anxious thoughts;

24 And see if there be any hurtful way in me, And lead me in the everlasting way.

Yes they should.
Brother I am confused by your question.You answered my question yesterday about eternal security and said, being spiritual is up to God. He is the one who keeps us.If He keeps us how could we get involved with false doctrine?
