I am really clumsy and am always running into things and stubbing my toes but it has never hurt this bad. I was just hopping somebody could help me because i babysit a 3 yr. old soon and she is a handfull and so i do alot of walking and it hurts alot to walk. thankz

You can't really do much about it. You could dry put ice on it so it gets really numb and you won't feel THAT much pain. But it is impractical. Good luck with your babysitting!

Try iceing it and take some pain reliever. If it persists then get a doctor to check it out, it might be broken.

do u have a history of gout cause hitting your foot could set it off
