When you die you go to a wonderful place but first go through a process. From what I've gathered you first see your body as you float above it. Once you are out of your body you don't feel pain or stress or any attachment to this world. Then you see a marvelous and bright Light. If you choose to go towards it you go through a tunnel and then end up in The Seven Planes/Heaven, whatever you feel comfortable calling it. The only thing you do feel is immense relief and peace. From then on you go to where YOU judge your own life. Not anybody else. And from their on the movies I recommend will explain it the best. Enjoy and try not to stress so much about death. Anyways I also recommend an author. Her books will teach you what death really is.

You are an Invisible Spirit that looks just like your Body.
You Fit into your Body, like hand in glove.

You, a Spirit, are the Life of your Body.
When you come out of your Body for Good (what most call Death), your Body will Fall Over (cause you came out of it) and you will Still be Very Much Alive---and HopeFully Heading UP instead of DOWN.

You have to be Saved when you come out in Order to go UP to Heaven.

According to scripture, death has no knowledge.
It's like a blink of an eye.

Once we are dead, we are not aware because it happens so fast. One minute we are on earth, the next second, we are either in Heaven or Hell.

This is why I believe God's killings in the bible were not as harmful as people think.

Sunshine-We are just like a car, things stop working until it won't start and can't be fixed. If your car breaks down is that real? You bet. Do you miss your car when you junk it. Sure for a little bit. Then you move on.

In this case we are the car and the world goes on after we are gone. What happens to the dead car? It returns to its elemental form. What happens to you.......I think the phrase is ashes to ashes, dust to dust. Basically elements.

No, death is not real. For death to be considered real, you have to hold the misconception that you are your body! You are not your body...none of us are. We are our souls. The body, of course, does die, but the soul is eternal. Since we actually and literally are our soul, rather than our body, then we cannot die. We discard our body when we are finished with it......and without our life energy to animate it, it cannot sustain itself, and rots. What each individual experiences after discarding the body, is exactly what that individual believe he or she will experience. Many people cannot seem to accept this fundamental truth, but we all create our own realities, whether inside or outside the body! This has been proven by quantum physics, so it is no longer New Age mumbo jumbo, as I have often heard it called in the past! *sm*

yes death is real. i saw my mother dying. It was emotionally painfull. she died from cancer. death can be painful or it can happen fast. Your body shuts down when your dying, some ppls kidneys shut down and the liver and the rest of the body just shuts down too. its life it happens. It hurts to see aloved one suffer and die right in front of you . i guess its part of life, but sometimes it really stinks. it takes along time to get over it.

Death of your body.... yes. Uhm, starts to decompose and gets a little smelly.

The ones you leave behind will be the ones to say whether you left a big enough impression to live on........ here anyway ;)

Consider this story, once told by Jesus:

The Rich Man and Lazarus
19"There was a rich man who was dressed in purple and fine linen and lived in luxury every day. 20At his gate was laid a beggar named Lazarus, covered with sores 21and longing to eat what fell from the rich man's table. Even the dogs came and licked his sores.
22"The time came when the beggar died and the angels carried him to Abraham's side. The rich man also died and was buried. 23In hell,[a] where he was in torment, he looked up and saw Abraham far away, with Lazarus by his side. 24So he called to him, 'Father Abraham, have pity on me and send Lazarus to dip the tip of his finger in water and cool my tongue, because I am in agony in this fire.'

25"But Abraham replied, 'Son, remember that in your lifetime you received your good things, while Lazarus received bad things, but now he is comforted here and you are in agony. 26And besides all this, between us and you a great chasm has been fixed, so that those who want to go from here to you cannot, nor can anyone cross over from there to us.'

27"He answered, 'Then I beg you, father, send Lazarus to my father's house, 28for I have five brothers. Let him warn them, so that they will not also come to this place of torment.'

29"Abraham replied, 'They have Moses and the Prophets; let them listen to them.'

30" 'No, father Abraham,' he said, 'but if someone from the dead goes to them, they will repent.'

31"He said to him, 'If they do not listen to Moses and the Prophets, they will not be convinced even if someone rises from the dead.' "

Death is real what happens afterwards depends on what you think
I think your soul is reicarnated into another unborn child and you start over

Yes it is truly real. When you die your body goes back to the ground, but your soul goes to heaven or it goes to hell. There is no in between. Also if you can read the book 90 Mins. in Heaven.
