Iraqis. The news mentions "the Iraqi people" no less than 53 times a day, and it is in newspapers, magazines, and on the internet.
The fact that you don't know this and need to ask on Y!A makes me worry for the future of our country

Other cities have a two digit prefix and a 6 digit number
