You are right. We shouldn't judge one another, because we all can fall into the same mistake (or even one of our children). Actually, in Brazil, where I am from, we always think about our own children before judging someone else. It is like we should stop and think twice, because nobody is really free of doing something wrong in life. However, that doesn't mean we shouldn't have Laws and trials for crimes like murder and rape, like someone said here. It is fair and reasonable that we have human rules to follow, otherwise we would be wilder than animals. I believe you meant those little judgments we tend to do on daily basis about other people's moral conducts and choices in life.
You are right.
Peace!

We are His Bride, the Church of the living God.This false doctrine of not judging came straight out of the pit.Matthew 7:1-4 is telling us not to judge as a hypocrite, but read on to verse 5.Here are other scriptures that provide plenty of proof that we are to judge.
Mat.!8:15-17
Romans 16:17
Galatians 6:1-2
Titus 1:10-13
2 John 1:7-11
Isaiah 1:17

It's true we haven't experienced every detail of our neighbor's spiritual journey, but we are all human and have many similar experiences. And there are some behaviors which are so terribly wrong that we would be wrong not to condemn them.

... Covered by a breeze and a soft summer rain
Lightning dances wildly, as the Thunder heals Her pain.
The colors are Her passions beneath the cotton lining
For She knows the Spirit world, is free and never binding.
Footsteps walk below the soil, Mother Earth is listening
Frost paints the Blanket edges, above the stars are glistening.
Grandmother's Blanket has many stories to tell
The colors have faded, for the years have turned it pale.
Comforted by the Oneness, Her head bows down in grace,
Thanking Great Spirit for Her Honor in this place.

When a man forcefully rapes a woman, who are we to judge him? Do we know every detail of his life journey?
You see where your argument can lead you.
It's absurd and leads to moral anarchy.

You are right, we are not to judge, we have no idea where this person has been or even come from. Our position is to love and respect people and to be an example or christ-like.
