I had on no account heard of Fred and Shirley Phelps until reading this. I actual have only googled photographs of them and the banners etc they are keeping are undesirable. Im unlikely any extra than googling photographs of them - that replaced into nasty sufficient. What terrible human beings. I’m so happy they have been denied get admission to. i assume I would desire to thank you for the caution of those terrible human beings. I on no account desire to be certain or watch something approximately them back! Its only too bloody depressing. even although i understand all they are asserting is absolute shite xxx

Wow.....(jaw hits floor)...I've heard his name lots of times on Y!A, but it wasn't never connected with the funeral protests, so I just looked him up.
Oh my gosh! (And that's putting it nicely!) I never realized who he was. That is so upsetting and evil...is the only way I can define how I'm feeling. Well apparently he feels he is doing God's will in some warped, twisted way. But I pray that logical people will be wise enough to realize that he doesn't represent real Christians!
Well as much as I don't care for him, I wouldn't want to see him killed by human hand, because that's not right, that wouldn't be any better than he is. Plus I wouldn't want someone to go to jail for someone like that either. But as Christians, we know that God will prevail. If not now, then when Jesus comes.
Romans 12:19 -- Never take your own revenge, beloved, but leave room for the wrath of God, for it is written, " VENGEANCE IS MINE, I WILL REPAY," says the Lord.

For your reading, a little about this man if you are not familiar with him ...

IMHO, He lives that we may learn from others (his) mistakes.
There was a time in my life when I had similar feelings towards gay folk.
After much soul-searching and reading, I now believe that gays cannot be straight anymore than straights can be gay. It is a part of our make up, of who we are. It is not (necessarily) a matter of choice.
We all need to accept others (right or wrong) as God's creatures. God will decide who is admitted into The Kingdom of Heaven, not us. He will decide who is forgiven and who will burn in Hell.
Follow His commandments and live your life well. You (We) should not judge others.

A better question is why are people still going to their church? Seems like ignorance is not only bliss, it's permanent. I also think any parent who takes their child to that church should be immediately charged with child endangerment.

I agree people should be afraid to sin, but not because God hates them, but because God loves them, but must punish people for their sins and the bible says the effeminate will not enter the kingdom of God and that God destroyed Sodom and Gomorrah for going after strange flesh.

I'm really sorry. I've got such bad aim at 200 yards. I'll move my sniper position closer next time.

even such hate serves a purpose
perhaps they act as a lightning rod for other bigots to move toward, thus making it easier to see who and what the bigots are...
