i live near arkansas and while i would prefer to go to texas to get tattooed arkansas does have a few talented artists. chris thomas that owns golden lotus tattoo, here is his website

dont get a tattoo when your like 70 it will be very messed up and ugly

A tatoo parlor works best. Wal-Mart doesn't do a good job.

anyone that is clean, the artist has all of his teeth and there is no sign of a confederate flag anyway......................................................ummmm, that probably means none. sorry.
