i do not even know why the topic of illegal immigration has been blown up the past year or two
because it's nothing new
but it seems to have revealed alot of bigotry
in general but more so for religous people
why do people act as if their lives and way of life is so superior to anybody else
it's truly insane
that is devilish behavior

you're not thinking all the way through

Unless you're talking invasive non-native species like Kudzu, Nothern Snakehead, or the infamous Africanized 'Killer' Bees, yeah, they're human.

The topic of illegal immigration has come to a head because lax enforcement has allowed an unprecedented number - over 12 million - of foreign nationals to remain in this country illegally.

Yes, there is a lot of bigotry among pro-illegals, who tend to persistently judge people by thier ancestry ("we are all immigrants" "you stole the southwest from us" etc), or belong to racists organization like La Raza or MECHA.

I hadn't noticed a religious link, but I suppose the two organizations I just mentioned are overwhelmingly Catholic, and Churches have been known to grant illegals sanctuary and champion thier cause.

I don't understand the reason that the current batch of illegals feels that thier way of life is so much better than that of thier (unwillingly) adopted country. Other immigrants - often from the same country - have asimilated in the past. I don't know what's changed, beyond the unprecedented numbers, of course.

I don't think anyone's behavoir on this topic is quite deserving of analogies to supernatural evil.

in the past few years laws have come up defending the illegal immigrants forcing citizens, natural born citizens and all of the immigrants that took the steps to becoming legal citizens, to pay for things like heathcare and such.. Its unfair to all that have gone through the process to become citizens. I have no problem at all with immigrants becoming citizens, Its one of the many many things I love about this country. I just have a problem when all of the hard work I do is taxed to pay for someone who cheated the system.

Because the American way is superior to others. Every culture is not equal. Work hard and you can have a good life here. Why is it so hard for immigrants to try. A lot of them do, but alot think things should be given to them after having made themselves criminals by crossing the border illegally.

You either are not in an area where illegals have affected you, are an illegal, or are just out of step with the US and European populations.

Yes illegal immigrants have basic Human rights. However they do not have the rights that a citizen of the country they are illegally entering. They are draining the countries taxdollars and resources and have no respect for that countries laws.

That is the issue, Not bigotry or racism.

No one is saying that they aren't human, we are saying that the illegals are criminals who do not belong in our country. And the topic has blown up in the past few years because it has been ignored for so long that the shear number of illegals in our country have become a burdon to society.

Of course they are human...but I also believe in personal responsibility for our own actions...no one person is above the law...bar none. Period! Think about this...if our country is inferior, why do we have so many WANTING to be here? Now who isnt thinking?

The USA's way of life is Superior. They wouldn't steal across the border in dead of night if it wasn't.
WE got it and we don't want to dilute it with illegal non assimilating scum

I agree, yet people still don't get it, and it's frustrating that they don't have a clue.

Yet people like "ξiram" blame it all on the Mexicans. How sad.
