For all of you who said that freedom of speech garbage, do you realize that the sticker is talking about a drunk guy killing someone? She's not talking about the part mocking the other stickers but the drunk driving part. I can see someone having one about their kid beating up the honor student, but a drunk driver killing him?
I'm 13 and I get this better than you?!? Come on, people.

Actually, you are just as bad as the person with the
"My drunk friend ran over and killed your honor student"
sign on the back of their car as you have threatened to shoot the person dead if the opportunity presented itself.
Quote from you "I swear if I had a gun in my car, I would have shot him dead".
Just take down the licence number of the vehicle and call it into the police. Some areas have laws to prevent that sort of display.
Good Luck and be careful what you say or put in writing.

Let me see if I understand you. You've think that it's ok to kill somebody because they don't conform to your own personal beliefs. In fact, it’s ok to kill the person just because of some bumper sticker. You sound like the rest of American society, brainwashed about what’s safe and what’s dangerous, but yet you engage in equally as dangerous activity all day long.
Would you feel better if the bumper sticker said, “My friend yapping on a cell phone, talking to the passenger, speeding, tailgating, and driving like the rest of young sober America, just ran over your honor student.”
You do realize that for every person killed by a drunk driver, there are well over 3 killed by careless drivers.
I personally don’t worry about drunk drivers. Nearly all drunk drivers are out and about during hours that I am not. They usually occur in the late evening to early morning hours. I worry more about soccer moms and typical careless drivers that think that they’re the only person on the roadway and everybody else should get out of their way. They’re in such a hurry to get to where they’re going, that they dangerously pass me just to get another thirty feet ahead of where they were. They tailgate me, cut me off, and sometimes they give me the finger and try and cut me off just because I’m driving the speed limit. What is drunk? That varies greatly from person to person. My mom is drunk when she consumes one beer. She’s blown away at .02 . An alcoholic is probably drunk when they’re at .25 - .30. For the average person, 08 isn’t drunk. In fact, when states began drafting the drunk driving laws in the early 1980s, they consulted the AMA to find out what they thought legally intoxicated was. The AMA said that .15 was legally drunk for the average person. The states set it at .10 and disregarded what the AMA said. After seeing how much money they could make on drunk drivers, the states lowered the limit and made the penalties even stiffer.
Driver A has 3x the ability to drive than Driver B. If . Driver A also obeys all traffic signs, never speeds, doesn’t tailgate, and is very defensive whilst driving. Driver B not only has 1/3rd the ability to drive, but driver B also speeds, cuts people off, and is always distracted by yapping on the cell phone or talking to their passengers. If driver A has a BAC of .15 and it lowers his ability to drive by 50% and driver B has no alcohol in his system, driver A is still safer than driver B.
Drinking and driving isn’t black and white. Everybody always assumes that drunk driving involves some hardcore drunk that’s just polished off a fifth of 100 proof in two hours and is now attempting to drive to the liquor store for another. It’s never black and white, but always gray. Just because somebody is sober doesn’t make them a safe driver. It also doesn’t mean that they are safer than a “legally” intoxicated driver. It’s just not that simple.
If you’ve bothered to read this, you probably still think that a sober driver is safer. I’d suggest that you look up some statistics on annual traffic fatalities in the United States. You’ll quickly find that DOT statistics show that 2 out of every 3 fatalities are caused by sober drivers. Of the remaining 1/3rd of the fatalities, I’ve no idea how many are due to drunks, it can’t be all of the third, but I imagine it’s most. We should start throwing speeders, tailgaters, road ragers, cell phone users, and all other irresponsible drivers in jail with the same zeal that we do the drunks. Maybe we should be tougher on the irresponsible drivers because they’re actually killing more than the drunks are.

Why? This is America, we have a little thing called the First Amendment which entitles us to free speech,if you have the right to write death threats, then why can't he put something like that on HIS car?
To the 13 year old...even if the bumper sticker is TALKING about running over a kid, it's still just TALK. Which is LEGAL and our RIGHT. Finish High School before you start talking to us about stuff like this. Just because it SAYS it doesn't mean he's dong it or is going to do it. Yes, it is offensive to some people, but so aren't "Your baseball teams sucks" stickers, you don't see me threatenting to kill a Yankees fan because he/she has a Red Sox Suck sticker do you?

Its just a bumper sticker. However, I love the potheads that have the weed bumper stickers all over the backs of their cars. Talk about advertisement.
Anyway, probably the same kind of people that put one on their car that says "We drink more beer by 7 a.m. then most people drink all day."

My guess is that it's the same type of person that feels it necessary to put a sticker on their car to brag about the perceived superiority of their child over someone else's
of course I'm more worried about the dangerous person that would kill someone over a bumper sticker

Hmm... Freedom of Speech! Instead of wanting to shoot the person, maybe talk to them and see what their story is behind the sticker. Maybe he hates seeing all the honor roll stickers on the back of the soccer mom vans. Maybe he is sick of the stickers making fun of other stickers. WHO KNOWS! ... just judging a book by its cover...

What is worse, his bumper sticker or your threat to his life? Looks like you two have more in common than you think. Just on opposite ends, but you think alike.

I agree with you, people with a sense of humor like that, just deserve to die. That's too "off the top". I mostly blame the makers of those stickers on how badly their influencing society to think it's funny.
