It is odd that I see your question on this when I am going through one of the toughest trials of my life and I will tell you, before this happened I had faith and I was on fire for God but when it got so very very difficult that I could barely breathe, my faith was not good and I was mad at God for letting me go through so much pain and trials, but now that 2 days have passed, I know God is not giving me more than I can take even though it feels like it and one day I will see it is the best thing even though tragedy has darkened my day.... I know God is trustworthy and I believe God will do something with what I am going through, He is molding me to be more Christlike with my suffering. After we had our cry and fit we need to praise God and get off the floor, confess our sin and keep focus on our work in the Lord. I know God keeps His promises.

I believe in God, but it is hard to believe in someone you cannot see. Human beings, on the other hand, are quite tangible, but they will let you down in a hurry. I love the old testament where you can clearly see what people did and what god's response was, but sometimes I have trouble seeing God doing some things in my life that I really think I need. Sometimes it isn't until years later that I see that a bad situation that I went through worked out for the best.

I have always trusted God, He is number One.
The reason many others doubts is because of their fun and pride, during their short time on earth, is more important to them than God or truth. If they can't see God in front of their faces, then they only want to believe want they can see in a mirror.

People will ALWAYS fail you, but God will be there for you to the end. He might not give you everything you want, He might seem far away sometimes, but that is actually when He is closest to you. He just desires you to call on Him. I will trust God every time if I had to choose between people and Him.

Trusting isn't easy, but better than being under
the old Testament law.
I use to trust people, but in these last days we have more and more dishonest people than a dog has fleas.People say one thing and do an
other.Living like there's no judgement day.
For the love of money I suppose.
I agree with your question statement .It is
stated with much wisdom and understanding.

Doubt creeps in when talking about a being who for all intensive purposes, does not give a crap about anyone on Earth. He will not answer prayers like he promises in the Bible. He lets down hundreds of thousands of starving children each day. At least other people try to feed those kids.

Your god has failed you.
Your god told you a lie.
Your god promised you that, if you had faith, anything that you asked for would be given to you. Your bible states this very clearly many times.
WRONG!!
When was the last time that your god granted a wish via prayer from the devout that an amputee would have that missing limb restored?
Hasn't happened at all, has it?
Never going to happen, is it?Surely I need say no more. The reality is clearly before you but there are none so blind ...

Sometimes people lack faith and its easier to believe in a person than something you cannot see.

I went to church for 21 years.
believe me God failed me.
god is only a word used to encourage tithes and obedience.
"GOD" showed me this three times in my life and I decided to listen finally.
oh I know, that's probably Satan lying to me......
well Satan goes to church and lies to people there too.
the lie is called "the King James VERSION"
tell the catholic boys that got molested that "GOD" didn't fail them.
they put their faith in god and god let them get raped. They had to turn and put their faith in the Authorities
as far as putting my faith in friends, I don't do that either.
I only trust myself, and I found the one true god,
and its not in the bible.
God is knowledge and understanding,
not a man in the bible.
I also don't believe in the toothfairy, santa clause, or the easter bunny
