Not sure about cancer of the cervix, but I do know that albinos are at a severe risk for developing skin cancer, especially African albinos:

as long as you own a cervix, it is at risk of developing cancer.

Just because someone is albino, doesn't mean they have any more or any less chance of developing problems. Any nationality can be an albino. There are African Americans that are albino. Each Nationality has their own leading health concerns. Being Albino is not a Nationality. You have to look back into your own family background.

This is probably not their major health concern, but there is no reason that they would have a greater or lesser chance of getting cancer of the cervix based on their albinoism.
