According to the Theory of Evolutionism, DNA are the building blocks of life. However, the prominent creationist scientist Em Adjineri has proved that DNA cannot be the building blocks of life using a simple experiment.

DNA stands for deoxyribonucleic acid. The key word is ACID. In the experiment, a bunch of hippos drank acid instead of water. All of the hippos died shortly thereafter.

This proves that acid kills living things. Since DNA is an acid, it must be harmful to life. If its harmful, then it cannot be the building block of life.

Therefore, your entire theory (which is really nothing but a body of propositions that makes accurate predictions and provides explanations for evidence) is flawed.

The only alternative is a literal interpretation of the Bible, which is not flawed (I'm ignoring the flaws in the Bible because doing so helps my argument.)

Take that, deoxyribolutionists!

panglosswasrigh: If you think creation science is so funny perhaps you should say "creation scientist Em Adjineri" name out loud. Then we'll see who's laughing... (It'll probably still be you).

Don't worry about the hippos, guys. It was an Em Adjineri experiment.

Please do not use the words creationist science when trying to make a valid point. It encourages the ignorant and makes espresso shoot out of my nose when I laugh that hard.
And I'm going to say you've been "dropping" some DNA, if you know what I mean.

Um...we have many acids in us...we have Hydrochloric acid (stomach acid, at least I think its hydrochloric...:S) Also, Orange Juice has citric acid, so don't drink O.J. then huh? It all depends on the TYPE of acid that you put in your body, we have the pH scale for that....you can drink and eat vinegar, but not battery acid...that should be common sense...And it does not prove anything, other that strong acid kills living beings. I would like to know the TYPE of acid that they drank, Also, if we did not have DNA, we wouldn't be here, and if we were, we'd all be clones of one another since DNA allows for genetic diffraction, which allows phenotype difference (physical differences) And "our" theory is a lot more based in the scientific thought process than say...a literal interpretation of the Bible. Also, if you think that the Theory of "Evolutionism" is flawed because of our thought process, then you should start thinking like the Greeks BEFORE Socrates came up with the Socratic Method...(basis for modern thinking) Also, what do you mean by "evolutionism?" Last time I checked...Evolution doesn't need the suffix -ism to it...since it's not a religion or based on faith.

Yep. I always knew that acid stuff is some dangerous sh it.---It can rot your pipes right down to the drain.---it can even do that to them pipes in yer house.
If it can do a number on them hippos with their big as ses, think what a mess it could make of our little uns.--Wow---talk about "the runs".---Diareaer for a month.
I learn't my lesson tho, --I ain't ever gona drain my battery into a batch of my "Smoothe Lightnin" again.---I'll just have to find some cheap stuff, and take away some of the fine quality.
Don't know what all this's got to do with the Bible tho.
I don't give a hoot what that Adjineri fella says, I sure as hell ain't taken my squeezens down to that church to get em blessed.---gues I'll just drink it like it is, and tell that guy to 'GIT'.--- and when I say 'GIT",---he damn better GIT.

Hm, I love how you contradicted yourself in the last few paragraphs...I'm assuming that you're an evolutionist trying to make a point. Also, I don't think experiments have ever been performed on HIPPOS of all animals, they're endangered! (Not to mention big and scary.)

Then our bodies must really not exist, because of amino ACIDS that make up vital proteins in our body, and various other ACIDS that are necessary for human life. So the Bible must be the answer! (Or a scientific dictionary, but that wasn't written by God.)

Dude, you got the wrong acid. They hippos took a nice wee trip. Except for Keith, he never came back.

You really should ask this question in the Drugs section. This is religion here.

It is about as flawed as the Gravitationists' theory that things fall due to gravity. I heard that Em Adjineri had conclusive proof that things fall due to a process called Intelligent Falling.

From what you say, it sounds like DNA is nearly as big a threat as Dihydrogen Monoxide.

Dihydrogen Monoxide (DHMO) is a colorless and odorless chemical compound, also referred to by some as Dihydrogen Oxide, Hydrogen Hydroxide, Hydronium Hydroxide, or simply Hydric acid. Its basis is the unstable radical Hydroxide, the components of which are found in a number of caustic, explosive and poisonous compounds such as Sulfuric Acid, Nitroglycerine and Ethyl Alcohol.

Although the U.S. Government and the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) do not classify Dihydrogen Monoxide as a toxic or carcinogenic substance (as it does with better known chemicals such as hydrochloric acid and benzene), DHMO is a constituent of many known toxic substances, diseases and disease-causing agents, environmental hazards and can even be lethal to humans in quantities as small as a thimbleful.

Each year, Dihydrogen Monoxide is a known causative component in many thousands of deaths and is a major contributor to millions upon millions of dollars in damage to property and the environment. Some of the known perils of Dihydrogen Monoxide are:

Death due to accidental inhalation of DHMO, even in small quantities.

* Prolonged exposure to solid DHMO causes severe tissue damage.

* DHMO is a major component of acid rain.

* Gaseous DHMO can cause severe burns.

* Leads to corrosion and oxidation of many metals.

* Exposure decreases effectiveness of automobile brakes.

* Found in biopsies of pre-cancerous tumors and lesions.

* Given to vicious dogs involved in recent deadly attacks.

Nice!
I'm about to be convinced...

Really!

I'm almost there!

EDIT:
Yeah... the Em Adjineri is what clued me...
I actually said it out loud in a confused tone, trying to figure out why I'd never heard of that experiment.

That must be why orange juice and other things containing vitamin C are so toxic.

Vitamin C = ascorbic acid
