A good tea for stimulating the spirit is one part African Violet, one part cinnamon and one-half part Myrrh. pour boiling water over the tea, let it steep for 10 minutes and strain. Drink one cup, once a week, to meditate and contemplate your spiritual development and to stimulate your spirituality.

I like Earl Grey. But I'm not sure what you are asking. Are you trying to lift your spirit or are trying to put yourself into a more spiritual attunement.

Most mint teas are uplifting. Chamomile and Catnip tea are calmatives.

Lemon basil or lemon balm if you need a little lift...sage if you feel in need of cleansing.
