Like applebee's has carside to go and a lot of resturants have places where you can just grab the food and leave, is Chilli's like that? And I'm not talking about "doggy bagging".

Yup...they have curbside pickup just like chilis. You can call in your order and pull up to the designated parking area. The will bring the food right out to you. Happy eating...that place is awesome!

Depends on the town and if you want Chili's or chilli's .... cause in the city level of Chili's yes they do take out.
