Is is too late for to add my name to my mom's credit card? Do I have up till the end of this month till the new FICO rule?

What good would it do you in the next 2 weeks. You may not even see your score updated to reflect that authorized user till after the end of the month. Forget about it.

Earn your good credit history on your own.
