Sorry but you can not get any teacup dogs or pups from anywhere. The reason is that there is no such thing as a teacup of any type of a dog. They are dogs that are inbred ad bred down from teh toy breeds and they are very unhealthy and weak and often do no live more than 5 years.
Most of these so called teacup dogs are a usual standard of 4-8 pounds and therefore already quite small just try to find one that is on the lower standard but not bred down to those micro dogs that aren't healthy
Any of these toy breeds though unless a rescue is going to be more than $300 and if not be forwarned that you may get what you pay for.

Please be careful. Don't race to get a dog - there are a lot of unscrupulous dog breeders out there who will be very happy to sell you a sick puppy, lie to you, take advantage of this strange mania for "teacup" dogs, and take your money.
If you must purchase a dog, it's far better to save your $$$$, go to a reputable breeder who's taken the time to study and show the breed, and get the parents thoroughly checked out with genetic testing. Don't get ripped off.
