financial aid and selsctive servise?

Question

I sign for financial aid to go to college when school start,I sign the paper allready.i also sign for selective service a couple time they steall have not send me a paper that they need to send me. I call the office and explain everything they told me to go to the post office get a card and sign up again,i try signing online it didn't work.The women i talk to when i call the office told me those thing happened sometimes.My college keep telling me i need the selective service paper when i talked to them no one is willing to help me what do i do.
