To discuss your account with experian, you must have a copy of your credit report. If you don't have one, order one.

When you are trying to contact them by phone, be prepared to be very patient. Do not hang up on the "phone tree" (The one that keeps telling you to push 1 or 2, and like that). Just hold on, and hold on, and eventually a real person will come on.

Get a free experian report from https://www.annualcreditreport.com. (You can only do this once per year.) Then find something that is technically incorrect on it (like the number of previous addresses). Then go through the procedure for calling in a dispute (you will need the report number). Eventually, you should reach a person this way.
