How to make a black and white picture with one color?

I have a like really cool and like really great picture of my friend holding a red frisbee and I was kinda hoping that someone could recommend a really cool photoshop kind of program only I'd like it to be for free and maybe not like one you have to download but can still use for free to make it so that the frisbee was still like red but by friend was like still there but like also though then sometimes still too you know also with no colors but black and white but the frisbee has got to still be red, if you know what I mean.

When I started like typing this question it said that they had like found similar questions and it showed me like five other questions and said that there were like 42 more similar questions and a lot of them seemed to be like what I am asking about but I am not really sure so I thought I would ask anyhow.

Can you tell me why I mean how to do this? Soon, please. I wanted to be the sixth question on this page asking the same freaking question in a row.

Hi Dr Sam,

In technical circles we call this technique "making really cool photos". Sadly I have some bad news for you though, unfortunately this technique has not so far been possible on red frisbees. Whilst it can be done on blue and green frisbees, it doesn't work on red and nobody really knows why. Some folks with years of experience can achieve a slightly pink tinge, nobody has ever managed red.

Instead I would like to recommend another technique. Go to a commercial office somewhere and print this photo on a commercial monotone laser printer because as everyone knows this is the best way to get a black and white photo. Then you will need a special substance. Here in Australia we call it tomato sauce, but in America I have also heard it referred to as 'ketchup'. Take some of this ketchup and paint it over the shape of the frisbee. I know this sounds weird but this is a secret special technique taught to me by photo expert.

What happens is because the ketchup is so thick you get this really cool 3D effect from the frisbee. You will honestly make a picture that will like win awards and stuff.

Remember to use a small paint brush and put the lid back on the bottle.

I think you have to um like find some program and i dont remember the name but ive seen it before and then you have to do something like ur talkin about and then you can make the frisbe red if you know what i mean but i forgot where it was
