Why is it that religious fundamentalists argue pointless arguments claiming that their religion is correct and all others are false? Who are they to judge what is right and what is wrong?

In my opinion, isn't it logical to believe that all religions hold the belief in the same god under different names?

How is it that you have never heard of fundamentalists claiming their religion is true? It's practically everywhere on the R&S section.

Anyways, I do appreciate the answers.

I heard this argument for years but I have never heard fundamentalists go around saying there's is the one true religion. Why does it bother you if they do say there's is the one true religion? Religion is a man made thing anyhow I don't think God ever said lets make religion I think he just said believe in me and love me.
Just pick up your bible and read it, if someone has a problem with it, that's on them.

All the holy books of the various flavors of the god delusion tell their believers that believing in the other persons god is a mortal sin.

I think that if you have to have the god concept in your life, that all of the trouble and chaos in the world is best explained by numerous gods who have various degrees of power and control of various aspects of life, and don't necessarily get along with each other.
