I used to be married to a hairdresser and I have seen many styles. Either she or her beautician she be complemented on choosing a style that fits her well!
Personally, I rarely find such a natural color attractive. She could also do with some facial piercings and visible tattoos. That is just me though. ;)

I like it a lot. My hair is too curly to wear like that. But sometimes I use a straightening iron and it looks like that.
