I would expect to pay at least $100 dollars each for two large dogs. Spays are usually more, possibly getting closer to $200. There are possibly some programs maybe through your Humane Society which will assist you in doing it at a discounted rate.

#1-- excellent decision to spay/neuter your pets :)
The cost of spaying/neutering your dogs will depend on many things. Most clinics go within weight ranges, so being larger dogs they'll be on the higher end of the scale. Also remember that spaying (girl) is more expensive than neutering (boy) because the doctor has to enter the abdominal cavity, which is more time consuming. If your dog is a cryptorchid (only has one tactical dropped), his surgery will be more expensive.
I'd check with local shelters first. Many have spay/neuter clinics once or twice a month where your dogs can have their surgery done for a discounted price. They vets are usually volunteer or work for the SPCA. They are good at spay/neuter surgeries because they do them a lot. I know many vets that travel all over the US and do spay/neuter clinics.
Next call around to the vet clinics in your area and ask how much the ENTIRE surgery will cost. If you only ask the price of the spay/neuter it may not include anesthesia, pain meds, post surgery care ect. Also check to see if they have laser surgery or not. Laser surgery is more expensive, but less painful for the dog and is quicker to heal. Its usually optional, so they should have two different prices to offer you. Also many clinics require or at least recommend pre-anesthetic blood work. This is another cost you'll need to factor into your surgery costs. ALSO, any good vet office will require your dogs to be updated on all their shots. If they've never had any or are not up to date, plan on paying for their shots as well.
Price depends on the area your in. BIG CITY = BIG $$$. So if you're willing to drive a little, you may be able to find cheaper offers in smaller towns. In the end you'll be looking to pay 100-500 dollars per dog (this should include ALL of your costs). Also remember you get what you pay for. More expensive surgeries can mean better care for your animal. Check into the offices you are considering to make sure that you aren't getting hosed. Good luck with your search!!

At a vet, this could range from $100 - 200, depending on your location. Cities tend to be more expensive.
You may be able to get a low-cost certificate that you can use at a regular vet, or a low-cost clinic. Try www.spotsociety.org, or www.bestfriends.org to find one near you, or a low-cost clinic. These options are generally about $50.

It can vary wildly. A humane society or shelter with a low cost clinic can charge as low as $35-$40 and a private vet as much as $300. Check around.

My dog came spayed - I hear $150 for some vets around here, although you can check in with the SPCA or shelters in your area for a low-cost option. Call your family vet and ask.
Good luck and good decision!!

most vets charge a couple hundred at least to do a spay/neuter, i've heard anywhere from 250-430. if you're looking for a low cost option most states offer spay and neuter clinics, if you talk to your local humane society they can often give you more information about the clinics in your area, some even run clinics themselves.

It costs different everywhere. It's less expensive to get a male neutered since it's a simple surgery.
The price may go up by the weight of your animal or whether or not you choose to get pain medication for your pets.
It was $70 to get my 15 pound dog neutered, the cost of the surgery alone, without pain medicine (which I did choose to get for him)
I don't remember the price of a spay, I think it was around $100 without meds.
I would opt to get medicine though. Your pet will be very uncomfortable without them and it's hard to watch something you love be in pain.

Cost varies from vet to vet, area to area..it also is usually based on weight of your dog. Your best bet is to call around to vets in your area and see what they charge.
Your dog will also need to be UTD on vaccinations and heartworm testing if heartworm is an issue where you live.
Also check with the shelters and animal welfare in your state..they often have spay/neuter assistance programs.

Oh! I thought you were going to breed them and give the pups to your family. .... hmmm ah well I like 2 points .... the cost to fix them varies greatly region to region and vet to vet. Call your local humane society and ask them for prices in your area.

It depends on what vet you go to. So you could call the vet that's close to you and find out.
