While modern science, history, geology, biology, and physics have failed to convince you otherwise, some idiot rolling around on the floor speaking in "tongues" may be all the evidence you need to prove Christianity.

You laugh at Hindu beliefs that deify humans, and Greek claims about gods sleeping with women, but you have no problem believing that the Holy Spirit impregnated Mary, who then gave birth to a man-god who got killed, came back to life and then ascended into the sky.

I am Christian, and neither I nor anyone I know is guilty of such things.
I think speaking in tounges is like that one story where the emperor thinks only wise people can see his clothes but no one will admit they cant see it. No one actually can speak in tounges or understand it. There just afraid to admit it for fear of "Not being filled with the holy spirit."
I would never laugh at another religion - I would laugh at greek myths, because almost noone believes in them anymore.

Religion is just deciding which load of bullcrap to believe. All of them have their fair share of absurdaties. It is quite ridiculous that one can buy into the crap they have chose yet point and laugh at the supernatual from others religions.
