Wow that is pretty big.
The weight for GSDs should be between 70 and 95 pounds with 80 to 85 being average. Is your boy overweight or is he oversized?
Be careful not to let this pup get fat because hip displaysia is prevalent in this breed and too much weight can affect his hips and joints. You should easily be able to feel his ribs and the last two should be visible to the eye.

I would agree that he will be 100 lbs or a little more judging by his weight now.

If he is the right weight for his size he might be around 95lbs when full grown. If he is fat now then subtract. My German bred German ShepHERD was 80lbs when 7-8 mos old and his perfect weight was 94lbs. He was as heavy as 100lbs for awhile but 94 was better for working weight.

Since large dogs continue to grow until about 18 months of age, he's defintiely going to get bigger.

My goldens reached full height around 1 year of age, but continued to develop muscle and fill out until about 18 months.

What size were his parents? Keep in mind that males are usually bigger than females.

My guess is over 100 lbs.

Mine weighs around 46 kilos ( around 101 lbs) and the vet reckons that's about right for his build. He's 4 years old now.

Edit - mine is a bit taller than standard (- too tall to show )

This is the most ridiculous question I have ever heard anyone ask, how old are you...? What did the poor dog ever do to deserve being chewed on? For christ sake get the child some chew toys and save the poor dog the annoyance, not to mention the baby becoming sick from the dog rolling in whatever nasty things dogs roll in...

well he should get about 90 pounds but yours sounds big for his age. check how much your feeding him. call your vet and see what his weight should be at his age and they should estamate his age at full grown.
