Makes 3 servings.
1 cup strawberries
* 1 cups peeled, pitted and diced peaches
* 1/2 cup lowfat milk
* 1 cup vanilla ice cream
* 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice


Combine all ingredients in blender container and blend until smooth.


Tip: For a super cold smoothie, layer diced peaches in a single layer on a freezer-safe pan and freeze 1 hour or until completely frozen.

Morning Startup Smoothie

Ingredients:
2 bananas
1 cup sliced peaches, drained
1 cup apple juice
1/2 cup strawberries
Method:
Combine ingredients and blend until smooth.

--------AND...

Fruit Salad Smoothie

Ingredients:
1 md Ripe peach
3/4 c Fresh OR frozen strawberries
1/2 Banana -- peeled
2 c Skimmed evaporated milk -chilled
4 ts Frozen orange juice concentrate
1 t Vanilla
4-6 ice cubes
Cinnamon -- optional

Method:
Combine everything in blender except ice and cinnamon. With blender running, add ice cubes one at a time. Divide Smoothie into 4 chilled glasses and sprinkle with cinnamon.

Sure! Blend fresh peaches and strawberries with a lil ice. Wont be as smooth, or as creamy... but it works.

Just put in everything except for yogurt. Vanilla ice cream perhaps? Or just ice.

sure, just use frozen fruit and ice. ice cream wouldnt work to well with fresh fruit because of the acidity, it will curdle
