I've been depressed for a while, I haven't slept for 2 days, I can't eat, & I've been getting headaches (I never get headaches) I'm scared something is wrong with me

you may have a mild heatstroke.

stay in the cool or shaded place. drink a lot of fluid. but sip it slowly.

If you have a lot of stress, or a lot of problems on your mind, it may be causing problems with eating and sleeping, and headaches also.
You mentioned being depressed, maybe you should consider contacting a local counseling center or therapist, or maybe just finding someone to talk to about things. That might help some too.

You very well could be. Do you have a lot on your mind? Is is that time of the month for you. Did a stressful event recently happen? These are all factors... Try talking to family members

Perhaps you have stress or depression. That doesn't mean that there is something wrong with you, but there might be a chemical imbalance in your body. Consider talking to your doctor about it.
