Please helpppppppppp?

I got a call from HR for a job and she left the message wanting to know if i'm relocating to there state and she wanting to discuss my resume so i called and he said r u relocating to that state i said this i don't have any plan on relocating to o that state however if i get the job i'm willing to relocate on my expense. She then said can you come for interview i said yes. She said she will forward my resume to a manager and see what happens if the manager wants in person or phone interview. I asked her how long it will take she said she doesn't know. I sounded so nervous and i think i did really bad.

She didn't discuss my resume. Does it mean i should forget thsi job what you think?

No, that conversation was probably just to find out the anwers to the questions she asked - and sounds like, even if you sounded nervous, you did OK on that.
