The statute of limitations has ended so they cannot file suit, but they are on her credit report and will remain for seven years from the last transaction. Bill collectors can buy them and ask for payment but she does not have to give it to them and if she does the clock starts ticking again from that date.

Just because she moved doesn't mean her debts are not still out there. She needs to pull her credit reports from all three companies she will find her debts there. Also depending on what state she lives in like here in California the statue for suing is over.

You touch no person. The deal will possibly no longer have been obtainable even then. most of the "bargains" are easily in simple terms tricks to get you to touch somebody. whether the deal does exist, and you're taking the deal, it won't wipe the debt off your credit record. as quickly as a invoice is on your credit record, it keeps to be there for 7 to 7 a million/2 years, whether or no longer you pay it. And it gets wiped off your credit record after 7 to 7 a million/2 years in case you do no longer pay something and you do no longer touch every person.
