NO. ABSOLUTELY NOT.
Coffee Grind is one of the leading causes of water pollution. Do NOT dump them in your sink or toilet. I work at Starbucks and we're not allowed to dump them in the sink. They're great for your gardens, if you don't garden, then dispose of them properly in your garbage.

They are heavier than water and can plug up plumbing if you flush too much down either the toilet or the garbage disposal. The best way is to add them to a compost heap but since very few people make compost anymore it is probably best to just dump them in the trash.

As the one lady said used them as an organic composte on your flowers or rose bushes.

When I worked as a chef, I worked with a number of greek waiters and along with the coffee grounds, they would take the egg shells boil them and mix the 2 for a very good rose food, and it was free, even though one hotel I worked for frowned upon taking them considering it was something that was really garbage, to be hotel property??

The are great to put around rose bushes or just in the garden. Otherwise, I would put them in the trash.
