Most people , who are really serious about their questions, get alot of mockery from people, who are insensitive and have nothing better to do.Hang in there , we all do, God is preparing us for war. We are in the last days and it has just begun, it is like that not only over here, it is like that everywhere. God's Word tells us that it was going to happen.

I want to watch TV, but it is so full of ads and inane parts of a show that I have to keep my mind dual processing. I can read, think, type, and "submit" while still following the TV news, Law & Order, or Discovery Channel. What am I trying to say? This is half-time diversion, and it brings a lot more smiles than does my time in the office. Sometimes, also, R&S folks have sent me to some very interesting URLs. They are so interesting that I have to hit the mute button on the TV. What greater praise could there be?

Honestly, I think this site is supposed to be where people actually ask a question about religion/spirituality that they having trouble understanding, or maybe an ethical issue, and then people who are of that same belief can help them understand.

Sadly, it's not much like it's supposed to be. Usually it's about people calling other people rude and disrespectful names.

It's turned into more of a community soap-box. People use it as a forum to say "I'm right and you're wrong."

Spend a few weeks here consistently; have a distinctive Avatar so people will recognize you; answer questions conservatively for a while; when people get to know you as someone who is not a rabble-rouser, they will respect you more and take you more seriously.

I ask few questions, but the ones I do ask I get mostly intelligent answers from those whose beliefs and opinions differ from mine.

My guess is the original intent was for experts to avail themselves to those who had serious questions. It didn't take long for it to become a religious food fight. If you're willing to wade through the mountain of garbage, you'll eventually find something worth your time.

Most people are here to hurt with words - bash others - get ugly - makes jokes - but some are here to help and give hope to those who are really really searching. Don't fret - it is a sad forum to me but I continue on. Blessings dear one - keep looking for "real" answers on this forum - God will provide them.

I'm thinking that this site is REALLY here for questions that ACUTALLY regard religion & spirituality. However, I see that mostly what happens is that one religion bashes another with mostly backhanded questions. Good luck.

Anyone seeking serious knowledge or wishing to share their knowledge with others. Unfortunately, many believe it is an opportunity to slander other religions or "witness".

It's an exercise in patience.

As you wade through page after page of nonsense you will, occasionally, come across a valid question worthy of your consideration.

God bless.
