My sister wants to start volunteering next school year (she'll be in 8th grade). How should she go about it? Are there any organizations she can help out?

I think the school library will let your sister volunteer. She might also be able to use it on future resumes.

she can always volunteer at the hospital as a Candy Stiper. Or at a church, soup kitchen, etc.

Have her go to guidence....they can tell her when/where there are places to help...places like the primary lib, and intermediate lib are good places to start.
