try turning the computer back on, and then when you have your desktop background up, press ctrl+alt+del, click the app. tab and in the new task button, type explorer

if that does not work, enter the computer in safe mode by pressing F8 during startup and try uninstalling the antivirus.

hope you get this thing worked out!

REBOOT. Turn the computer off (the button on the front of the 'case') count to sixty, then turn it back on. You should get the 'desktop back' properly ... if not, then 'stop it' (with your fingers on the keyboard) and go into 'safe mode' and see if you can't 'fix' the problems from there ... but that means that you'll have to 'reboot' a second time to get into 'safe mode.'

Does it thoroughly commence/boot up? you will get right of entry to classes and information (alongside with the administration panel) by employing good clicking and selecting "new>shortcut". you would be waiting to repair this (I have not any thought how). the will arises to aim hovering over the way backside of the demonstrate (this unhides the very own pc if it a technique or the different have been given hidden), and pressing the living house windows shortcut button (sounds like a waving flag). good luck.
