That was and still is one of my favorite shows on tv. It was so educational and the little Jack Russell Terrier was so cute. That will be my next breed of dog for sure. How many of you like it as much as me? I am not young anymore but I still enjoy it. Also, one of my other favorite characters on the show besides Wishbone was Wanda Gilmore, the next door neighbor. She had the coolest house. Her yard was great with all the flowers and trees and what not. Thank you all.

Just to add, Wishbone is back on PBS. I do not know if he is on everywhere, but I live in Texas and it just started coming back on:)

I also like Wishbone. I liked how he would go into a story and become one of the main characters. I am also trying to find a Terrier or Terrier mixed pup. I would love one like Wishbone!

oh my God, yes. If not for remembering Wishbone, I would have been completely lost while reading The Count of Monte Cristo and A Tale Of Two Cities in English class.

I'm 16 now and definitely have not forgotten any of the great memories from that show. I remember being angry whenever they would stop re-encacting a book to go and see what Joe, Sam and David (weren't those their names?) were up to.

My kids LOVED Wishbone. I sat down and watched it many times with them. It is a cute, yet very educational TV show! A great way to learn. Wishbone is such a cutie, too...;)
