JR, no, this verse has no weight whatsoever in addressing the question.
"Example: I speak WITH my voice. I call with my phone. Does this scripture make it pretty clear?"
Do you speak with the voice of your phone? Aren't you willfully ignorant?
1 Thessalonians 4:16
For the Lord himself will come down from heaven, with a loud command, with the voice of the archangel and with the trumpet call of God, and the dead in Christ will rise first.

sklemeti, you can claim whatever you want, but just like Watchtower, you are constantly making mistakes. And what if it were proven to you? Would you just say "The light is getting brighter"?
My question was directed straight at you and that is why you answered it, despite whatever you would like to claim.

Patricia, if that was what you call a defense, I wonder what you're going to say at judgment when Jesus says to you, "Depart from me, I never knew you."

Watchtowerites? Ok.....
1 Thessalonians 4:16
For the Lord himself will come down from heaven, with a loud command, with the voice of the archangel and with the trumpet call of God, and the dead in Christ will rise first.
Note: With the voice of the archangel.
Example: I speak WITH my voice. Excuse me, I call with voice over the phone. Does this scripture make it pretty clear?
Another question can be asked for you. Where in the bible does it state that we are the trinity?

Jesus is represented by more than one name. He is called Michael the great Prince (Daniel 12:1), Michael the archangel, the Root, the offspring of David and the bright & Morning Star. (Revelation 22:16)
He is also called the Lamb of God, Saviour, mediator, the Prince of Peace, King of Kings, the Amen, the faithful and true witness and the beginning of God's creation. (Revelation 3:14)
You could ask why Jesus is only known by a few of those titles now, King being one? No matter what Jesus is called throughout the Bible, the main thing is that we acknowledge that he is indeed the Son of God, our now reigning King, our Saviour and the Redeemer for all mankind.

all angels are sons of God (Job 1:6 and 2:1 also 38:4-7 and Genesis 6:1) all the sons of God are called gods in the bible (Psalms 82:1-6)
Jesus is the firstson of god (Colossian 1:15-17 and Revelation 3:14 also Exodus 13:1)
so according to the bible Jesus is the first angel of God
also Revelation 10:1 Describe a powerful angel that match in every single detail with Jesus
"And I saw another strong angel descending from heaven, arrayed with a cloud, and a rainbow was upon his head, and his face was as the sun, and his feet were as fiery pillars, 2 and he had in his hand a little scroll opened. And he set his right foot upon the sea, but his left one upon the earth, 3 and he cried out with a loud voice just as when a lion roars. And when he cried out, the seven thunders uttered their own voices"
another strong angel (Daniel 10:21, Judas 9 and Revelation 12:7)
" descending from heaven " exactly as Jesus in Daniel 7:13 and Revelation 1:7
"and his face was as the sun," as the bible says in Malachi 4:2 and Matthew 17:2
"and his feet were as fiery pillars" Revelation 1:15
"and he had in his hand a little scroll opened. And he set his right foot upon the sea, but his left one upon the earth, " as Hebrew 2:8
"and he cried out with a loud voice just as when a lion roars."
as Proverbs 20:2 and Revelation 5:5.
"And when he cried out, the seven thunders uttered their own voices"
As Exodus 19:16, Revelation 4:5 and Revelation 11:19
so the description is a powerful angel , the same angel of covenant of Malachi 3:1-3, the one that God said that he will sent.
his voice is the voice of archangel, why he has that voice? why he is among the angels in Hebrews 1? unless he is an angel of course the most powerful of them.
there are more verse of the bible in Revelation , Isaiah etc that match with this conclusion.

Scriptural evidence indicates that the name Michael applied to God’s Son before he left heaven to become Jesus Christ AND ALSO after his return.
Archangel means "chief angel," or "principal angel" indicating that there is only one. Michael is the only one said to be "the archangel". Jude 9 says: "Michael THE archangel had a difference with the Devil and was disputing about Moses’ body."
To illustrate that Micheal is another name for Jesus, at 1 Thessalonians 4:16 the voice of the resurrected Lord Jesus Christ is described as being that of an "archangel", suggesting that he is, in fact, himself the archangel. If the designation "archangel" applied, not to Jesus Christ, but to other angels, then the reference to "an archangel’s voice" would not be appropriate. In that case it would be describing a voice of lesser authority than that of the Son of God.
Also, Daniel, after making the first reference to Michael (Da 10:13), recorded a prophecy reaching down to "the time of the end" (Da 11:40) and then stated: "And during that time Michael will stand up, the great prince who is standing in behalf of the sons of [Daniel’s] people." (Da 12:1) Michael’s ‘standing up’ was to be associated with "a time of distress such as has not been made to occur since there came to be a nation until that time." (Da 12:1) In Daniel’s prophecy, ‘standing up’ frequently refers to the action of a king, either taking up his royal power or acting effectively in his capacity as king. (Da 11:2-4, 7, 16b, 20, 21) This supports the conclusion that Michael is Jesus Christ, since Jesus is Jehovah’s appointed King, commissioned to destroy all the nations at Har–Magedon.—Re 11:15; 16:14-16.
Also, the book of Revelation (12:7, 10, 12) specifically mentions Michael in connection with the establishment of God’s Kingdom and links this event with trouble for the earth. Since the Son of God (Jesus) is to fight the nations, it is only reasonable that he was the one (also known as Michael) who with his angels earlier battled against the superhuman dragon, Satan the Devil, and his angels.

Not a Watchtowerite but 1Thess. 4:16.
Archangel actually means Chief of the Angels. So in that sense he is still Michael the Archangel. I don't think it would be wrong to still call him Michael. I think people just know him by Jesus Christ more.

Since there are no Watchtowerites, your question is to no one.
but compare Rev 12 where it says Michael and his angels cast out Satan from heavens to Gen 3:15 where it is prophesied that Jesus, the seed will bruise the serpent in the head.

Well done my brothers.
“Sanctify the Christ as Lord in your hearts, always ready to make a defense before everyone that demands of you a reason for the hope in you, but doing so together with a mild temper and deep respect.” (1 Peter 3:15)

I'm not a JW, but where in the Bible does it say that everything you believe has to be in the Bible?
Try being more compassionate and less antagonistic.

Jesus is the son of God, He is not Michael the archangel.
