Yes...New Law of this year states you have to have a passport to return into the usa even if you are a usa citizen.

I will assume you are either Mexician or Canadian. I'm not sure about now, but I do know that in the future you will need a passport to get into the USA. So if you don't have one, now is the time to get one.

it dependsd where you live if you live in usa and want to go somewhere else in usa i don;t think u need it unless they want you to prove that u r a usa citizen but if you form other place s u bring it!

If you are driving in and are a Canadian or US Citizen, not yet. Any other nationality, yes.

Not yet, if you are from Canada, the US, or Mexico. You do need two forms of ID though.

No. But if you are not a citizen you will eventually need it to return home after your vacation, so don't lose it.
